The Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Public Health monitors environmental radiation levels year-round.
In response to the accident at TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, they  have posted the latest data on radiation levels on their website.
Please be assured that the radiation levels monitored to date have no impact on health.*Please note that they may not be able to update the data due to power outages.

※2: They have emphasized quick announcement of radiation level on purified water thus far.

Under the recent situation that the radiation level remains equal or less than 20Bq/kg, they shifted the emphasis to precision and extended the testing time from April 15, 2011. They announce the detection result with the detection limit.
