Yesterday I performed with a big choir called \u201cMichi\u201d (Way)\u201d at Minato-mirai Hall in Yokohama. I joined their 41st regular concert.<\/p>\n

People buzzed when I stood in front of them because\u00a0I wore my handmade kimono dress. I sang six songs solo but the last one was sung along with an accompaniment of a piano by Sachiyo Kosaka, a wonderful pianist who belongs to the choir.<\/p>\n

I was called back on the stage for encore and sang three songs with a choir. I felt very happy because the audience joined in as we sang.<\/p>\n

I met with Kosaka-san and other choir members just recently. Kosaka-san told me, \u201cTreat us like your Japanese relatives.\u201d They were really kind to me so I felt like they were my real family.<\/p>\n

Our relationship has just begun. I would like to sing with them for the rest of my life.<\/p>\n
